Our Work: NH Healthcare Heroes

Healthcare Heroes branding and public relations

CLIENT: NH Healthcare Association
In 2020, we saw healthcare workers go above and beyond the call of duty. To honor the dozens of heroes from across the street, we worked with the NH Sector Partnership Initiative (SPI) to solicit nominations and tell the stories of twelve healthcare heroes throughout New Hampshire while also encouraging others to consider a healthcare career.

What We Did

  • Branding and logo design
  • Program design and management
  • Swag and giveaways
  • Story development and social media

Branding and logo design

Sometimes superheroes DO wear masks! Our team had too much fun creating this superhero-inspired design. The bright primary colors harken back to old-school superheroes, building a sense of excitement (and a smile) when seen on masks, signage and banners.

Program design and management

We announced the NH Healthcare Heroes program in media outlets across the state and partnered with SPI to share with their email lists. Healthcare workers were encouraged to visit a landing page to submit the stories of their peers who have gone above and beyond the call of duty during the pandemic. After nominations closed, SPI ambassadors voted on the runners up and finalists.

Swag and giveaways

Each winner’s employer received 25 custom Healthcare Hero masks made by a local t-shirt company, Beeze Tees and sponsored in part by the BEA through a US Department of Labor grant. SPI collected and shared photos that “unmasked” each Healthcare Hero to be shared across social channels in in local media.

Story development and social media

We notified each winner and asked for follow-up interviews to create a customized blog and social media posts so that each employer could share across their email and social media channels on their websites.
